Three Programmes
Different depths,
one purpose
Each programme is designed around the same core idea — noticing before deciding — at a depth that suits where you are right now.

How all three programmes work
Every Quietleaf programme shares the same underlying structure: we begin with observation, move into reflection, and leave space for participants to arrive at their own conclusions — or none at all. There is no goal set, no target agreed, and no progress measured against an external benchmark.
What changes across the three programmes is depth and duration. The Noticing Workshop provides a single, focused entry point. The Small Adjustments Programme extends that into a practical household-conversation framework. The Quiet Habits Cohort builds a sustained reflection practice over 10 weeks.
All three are educational. No individual recommendations are made. Where participants want specific guidance, we maintain a referral list of licensed advisers.
Shared programme structure
Orientation
Context-setting: what lifestyle inflation is, why it goes unnoticed, what the session will and won't do.
Noticing prompts
Structured exercises using printed materials to surface spending patterns — individually, then in small group discussion.
Reflection
Facilitated space to consider what has emerged — without pressure to reach a conclusion or plan an action.
Take-home materials
Printed journals, cards, or workbooks to extend the reflection at home — or to share with a partner.
Programme 01
Noticing Workshop
RM 490 · Weekend · 1 day
A weekend workshop introducing the practice of noticing when household spending quietly rises after a raise, windfall, or a household-stage change — without judgement and without pressure. Participants work through reflection prompts and a printed noticing journal.
This is the right entry point for anyone who is curious but not yet sure they want a longer commitment. It runs as a single day, requires no preparation, and produces something tangible: a clearer picture of your own recent spending patterns.
What's included
- Full-day facilitated workshop session
- Printed Noticing Journal (yours to keep)
- Guided reflection prompts — individual and group
- Referral list of licensed advisers on request
- Light refreshments during the session
Programme 02
Small Adjustments Programme
RM 1,180 · 4 evening sessions + follow-up call
A four-session evening programme that pairs reflection on lifestyle-inflation patterns with small, low-stakes household conversation prompts. Includes printed adjustment cards, a tracking template, and a follow-up review call two months later. Educational only; participants are pointed to licensed advisers for any specific recommendations.
Suitable for participants who completed the Noticing Workshop and want to continue, or for those ready for a more structured commitment from the start. Evening sessions are designed for working adults — typically running on weekday evenings over four consecutive weeks.
What's included
- Four facilitated evening sessions (~2 hrs each)
- Printed adjustment cards for household conversations
- Spending pattern tracking template
- 30-min follow-up review call at the two-month mark
- Referral list of licensed advisers on request
Programme 03
The Quiet Habits Cohort
RM 2,580 · 10 weeks · For adults 40+
A 10-week cohort programme building everyday awareness habits around household lifestyle and money for adults aged 40+ — reflection routines, conversation rhythms with partners, and orientation toward licensed practitioners for personal recommendations. Includes a printed reader, weekly facilitated sessions, peer discussion forum, and a printed closing reflective workbook. Educational only.
The longest and most structured of our three programmes. Designed specifically for adults in or approaching their 40s and 50s, whose patterns are well-established and whose household conversations about spending have often gone unstructured for years. Cohort members develop a sustained practice rather than a single insight.
What's included
- 10 weekly facilitated group sessions
- Printed cohort reader (used across all 10 sessions)
- Access to peer discussion forum throughout the cohort
- Printed closing reflective workbook
- Referral orientation to licensed practitioners
